By entering Vrouwenhof Roosendaal, you agree to these terms and conditions.
Park regulations
Art. 1 Applicability
- As soon as one enters the premises of Vrouwenhof Roosendaal, one accepts the applicability of
these regulations and is obliged to strictly follow all regulations and the instructions given by our staff. - For all cases and/or situations not covered by these park regulations, we reserve the right to make additional rules verbally and/or in writing to which visitors are bound.
- These park regulations have been drawn up to ensure order and safety within Vrouwenhof Roosendaal.
Art. 2 General
- Advertising, conducting public surveys, counts, collections and offering goods and services on the premises is not allowed unless written permission is obtained from the Vrouwenhof Roosendaal management.
- The propagation of (religious) beliefs or holding demonstrations on the premises is not allowed, unless written permission has been obtained from the Vrouwenhof Roosendaal management.
- During their stay on the premises, visitors must behave in accordance with public order, good morals and the rules of decency applicable with regard to the nature of the activity visited.
- Smoking is not allowed on the terrace of the playground and catering facilities. This also applies to the e-cigarette and shisha pen.
- Taking photos and films is allowed, provided it is for private purposes.
- Publication of visual and/or audio material is prohibited unless we have given prior written permission.
- It is possible that you may be photographed or filmed as a guest. We reserve the right to use this material for publication. If you do not wish to be in the picture, please report to the Women's Court staff member supervising the film crew and/or professional photographer.
- Willful noise-making and audible use of radios, recorders and other sound carriers is not allowed. If deliberate noise is made, the staff is authorised to confiscate the sound carrier.
Art. 3 Access
- Entering the premises is at your own risk
- Entrance to the park is reserved for pedestrians. An exception is wheelchairs, mobility scooters and prams. Skeelers, scooters, skateboards, Segways or other vehicles are not allowed.
- Entry to the park is allowed only with a valid entry ticket through the designated gates and loses its validity upon leaving the premises.
- Reprinting and trading in securities, such as entrance tickets or discount vouchers, is prohibited. This will be reported. If securities are resold, they will be invalidated by us.
- Climbing on or over walls and fences is not allowed.
- You should keep the entrance ticket and/or your season ticket in a safe place during your stay at the site and show it to one of our staff upon request. Additional entry fees may be charged for events.
- If you are in possession of an admission ticket or season ticket, there is no money-back scheme under any circumstances.
- Entry tickets and/or season tickets remain the property of our company. They may be confiscated if the possessor behaves improperly or violates these regulations.
- The validity of the admission ticket for a specific time and/or date cannot be extended. However, a new admission ticket can be purchased.
- We reserve the right to change opening days and/or times during the season.
- We are authorised to close (any) part of the site, without any compensation to our visitors
- It is forbidden for anyone to be on the premises outside opening hours.
- In connection with the safety of our guests, we reserve the right to close our doors in case of large visitor numbers. This also applies to season ticket holders.
Art. 4 Traffic and parking
- Parking is entirely at your own risk and we accept no liability for any damages incurred.
Art. 5 Safety and liability
- We are not liable for any accident, loss, theft, damage or illness. We shall only be liable if there is intent or gross negligence or an attributable shortcoming on the part of the management or our employees. Liability for other damages is hereby expressly excluded.
- Waste should be deposited in the waste bins or containers provided on the premises or taken away.
- Visitors should hand over found objects on the premises to our staff.
- The management reserves the right to conduct preventive searches, check bags and ask for a valid identity document to protect security or, if the facts and/or circumstances reasonably warrant it. Failure to cooperate with this may result in expulsion from the park.
- In case of theft, the police will be contacted at all times.
- You, as a parent or supervisor of children or groups, are responsible for those who visit the premises under your supervision. Parents and supervisors (or the relevant institution) are liable for damage caused by those entrusted to them.
- For your and our safety, please follow the instructions of our staff.
- Carrying weapons or other dangerous objects is prohibited. We reserve the right to remove their possessor from the premises, possibly in cooperation with the police.
- Persons found to be under the influence of alcohol or narcotics, acting or being in possession of narcotics, or disrupting order in any other way, may be refused entry or denied entry without entitlement to compensation.
- Littering and/or vandalism, physical or verbal violence, or other undesirable behaviour towards other visitors and our staff will not be tolerated. Persons guilty of such behaviour will be removed from the premises if necessary with the help of the police.
- Our grounds are carefully maintained. Should you nevertheless encounter an unsafe situation and/or damage, please report this to one of our staff members as soon as possible. Even if you unintentionally cause damage yourself, please report this to one of our staff members before leaving the grounds.
- You must follow fire regulations and signs. It is forbidden to light fires.
- The use of drones on the premises is not allowed unless written permission is obtained from the marketing manager and/or management of Vrouwenhof Roosendaal.
Art. 6 Use of facilities
- Use of attractions, facilities and/or play equipment is entirely at your own risk.
Art. 7 Pets
- Pets are not allowed, with the exception of assistance dogs.
Art. 8 Force majeure
- If we cannot fulfil our obligations due to force majeure, there is no right to a refund.
- In these general terms and conditions, force majeure means, in addition to what the law
and case law, all external causes, foreseen or unforeseen,
over which we have no control, but which prevent us from fulfilling our obligations. This includes, but is not limited to: fire, accident, illness, pandemic, strike, riot, war, government measures, power failures, other technical failures and transport impediments.
Art. 9 Others
- In all cases not covered by these general regulations, the management will decide.
- The invalidity of any clause in these general regulations does not affect the validity of all other clauses.
- Vrouwenhof reserves the right to adjust any price increases that have occurred between
the issuance of the offer/confirmation and the moment of executing the agreement.
Ticket conditions
- This entrance ticket entitles one person to single entry to Vrouwenhof Roosendaal
- No refunds will be given on this card
- Already scanned tickets are no longer valid. Vrouwenhof Roosendaal is not liable if tickets have come into its possession outside the regular sales channels. It is forbidden to (re)sell (already used) tickets.
- This ticket is not valid in combination with other promotions or offers.
- Already bought tickets can only be rescheduled or cancelled in exceptional reasons, such as the death of a family member or other medical causes.
- Vrouwenhof Roosendaal is not responsible for loss, damage or theft of this card.
- The entrance ticket is not exchangeable for cash and/or other services provided by Vrouwenhof Roosendaal.
- Vrouwenhof Roosendaal reserves the right to close its doors in the event of large numbers of visitors and buy-outs. This ticket therefore does not guarantee entry.
- Cancellation of a children's party or package can be done free of charge up to 48 hours before the start. Any deposit will be refunded or the party will be rescheduled free of charge. Cancellation within 48 hours can be moved to another date free of charge, if you do not show up, the deposit will not be refunded.
- By entering the park, visitors agree to the above park regulations.
